PHASE 1 - SCULPT

The goal with Sculpt is to ramp up your metabolism, start shaping your body, and enhance your hormone profile. In this phase you start incorporating resistance training and getting acclimated to my TriCon Training system, which will help you to start the lean muscle building process. And no, I am not talking about large, bulky looking muscle, but lean muscle tissue. The Biggest Problem with most of the women’s fitness programs out there is that they are solely focused on cardio. 

The popular trend in the female fitness space is metabolic training. HIT workouts, circuit workouts, aerobic workouts, and high intensity workouts. 

This should never be the primary focus of your workout if you wish to not only lose weight, but if you want to keep the weight off. The Luscious Body program focuses on optimizing fat loss and turning your body into a fat burning machine that will allow you to keep the weight off long term.

PHASE 2 - BURN

Now that your Metabolism is revved up and your hormones are optimized, now it’s time to torch the body fat. This is the phase that Cranks up the heat and you shift the focus to burning body fat, improving your conditioning, and you start to feel better than you have felt in years. This is when your confidence starts to grow, and your body starts to become energized. 

Phase two is when you start to incorporate some Intensity techniques within the resistance training workouts and the cardio workouts. You will ramp up from lower intensity cardio sessions to higher intensity circuit cardio sessions. This is when you get fully indoctrinated to MET Training!

PHASE 3 - IGNITE

With your body in full fat burning mode, now it’s time to ignite the Flame! This is when it all comes together, and you start to add kerosene to the fire using Tri-sets and giant-sets! At this point in the program, you will notice a physical and mental difference, and you will start to be amazed at what you are capable of.  

The Third phase is when the resistance training workouts become circuit based. Less rest between sets and more tri-sets and giant sets. This is also the phase where everything comes together. Resistance training,
HIIT, MET (metabolic enhancement training), and even LISS cardio.(Low Intensity Steady State cardio). Phase 3 is maxed energy expenditure to increase the fat loss, but also will include higher protein within the nutrition to maximize muscle maintenance. (This is where a lot of programs fail. They set a goal of max “weight” loss, and not max “fat” loss.)

Why is this program for women different from all the others out there?

The popular trend in the female fitness space employs mostly metabolic training (i.e. HIIT, aerobics and cardio) This should never be the primary focus of your workout regimen if you wish to not only lose weight, but you want to keep it off.

The Luscious Body program utilizes a proprietary formula that combines several workout styles that are done in a specific order, to optimize turning your body into a fat burning machine which will allow you to keep the weight off for the long-term. 

I literally have ZERO time in my day. How long are these workouts?

The workouts are short and flexible. You can choose 30- 45 minute workouts depending on your specific goals and specific schedule. The bare minimum commitment that you need to make to start to see results is 3 workouts per week with a recommended 4x workouts per week if time allows.

No, you do not need access to a gym. There is a home workout option and a gym workout option. For home workouts, I recommend a light pair of dumbbells and/or resistance bands to get the best results possible. This is not a bodyweight only workout program. Again, that’s the number one problem with most women’s programs today. They are strictly cardio based, and circuit based which will give you short term results but don’t lead to sustainable results.  

Do I have to buy expensive equipment?

No. There is a wide variety of workouts that can be done using your own bodyweight, resistance bands, and/or light dumbbells. I will provide you with links to inexpensive bands, weights, and exercise ball if needed.

How long will it take before I see some changes in my body?

That depends on you. Making a minimum commitment will give you some improvement but consistency is key. The program is designed to give you max results with a train smarter, not harder approach.

What if I have never worked out before?

I designed this program with all women in mind. I have a scalable system built into the Luscious Body Program. There is a 100% beginner program, an intermediate program, and I even created an Advanced program.
